This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity project not to exceed $200,000. The contractor shall select and mark leave trees for future commercial and density management thinning projects. In accordance with Department of the Interior and Related Agencies Appropriation Act, 2001 Public Law 106-291, Contracting Officers from Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Indian Affairs, Fish and Wildlife Service, National Park Service and USDA, Forest Service are authorized to issue task orders against this contract. Project sites are located in the Jackson, Josephine, Coos and Curry Counties, Glendale Resource Area, Medford District, Oregon.
