The solicitation number is F31610-03-Q0350 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-16. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 113110 (for coding purposes only) and the small business size standard is $6.0 million for this acquisition. This action will be pursued as a small business set-aside. This procurement consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to sell timber from Dare County Bombing Range in accordance with the specifications.
