Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished) and any incidentals to perform all work necessary to transport, care for and prepare trees for planting, prepare planting spots, plant trees and remove competing vegetation from around planted trees on the Upper Lake District, Mendocino National Forest. This solicitation should be issued on or about February 13, 2002.
