Quarterly Storm Water Outfall Monitoring on Dobbins Air Reserve Base (DARB) (Marietta), GA in accordance with the Statement of Work dated 1 April 2007. Samples must be collected within no more than one hour of the storm (rain) event at each of nine (9) storm water outfalls. The contractor shall collect and analyze storm water samples once each calendar quarter for each of the nine (9) storm water outfalls on DARB. The anticipated contract is for one (1) basic year with four (4) 12 month option periods. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS Code for this requirement of 541380 with a Size Standard of $6,000,000.00. A written request for quotation (Request for Quote) RFQ FA6703-07-Q-0010 will be issued on or about May 4, 2007 with a closing date of June 5, 2007.
