Project consists of the following: Pumping out, hauling and properly disposing fish waste from both the Pendills Creek and Sullivans Creek, National Fish Hatchery located in Brimley Michigan. All procedures regarding the proper disposal of fish waste shall be in accordance with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality Regulations regarding fish exemption . This will be a Firm Fixed Price Service Contract to be Awarded for a Base (1) one year period plus (4) Option years. For information purposes, the North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is, 562219, with a size standard of $11.5 million. This procurement will be unrestricted and available to full and open competition.
