The purpose of this solicitation is to secure a performance based, multiple year, fixed price, indefinite quantity contract for 2004 through 2006 field seasons for tree thinning, bucking, lopping and scattering, and/or hand piling on the Lookout Mtn Ranger District of the Ochoco National Forest. The contract will be awarded with a guaranteed minimum of $25,000 over the next three years to the maximum stated in the Schedule of Items. Work will be ordered through task orders. Additional work ordered will be on the eastern portion of the Big Summit Prairie. Total acres is approximately 1240 acres. This project is set aside for small business area concerns.
