The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, and transportation to do Proper Functioning Condition (PFC) surveys on the Malheur National Forest over the next 3 field seasons ( 2005 through 2007) These surveys are required in response to the need to complete AMPs and NEPA on the majority of the allotments on the Forest by 2008, as well as potential new litigation associated with our livestock grazing program. The areas to be surveyed will be determined at the beginning of each field season and an example of likely areas is attached. This project will upload in FedBizOpps as a solicitation on 8-17-05. Bid are due at the Malheur National Forest COB on September 13, 2005. This project is 100% small business set aside.
