USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) require services for Non-Native Invasive Plant Species Management on Fort Bragg and Camp Mackall , with a period of service through 30 September 08. The work shall include but is not limite d to: Identify site boundaries; Search for targeted NIPS and treat with prescribed pesticides; collect data; and restore native vegetation at selected sites. The work shall be performed at Fort Bragg and Camp MacKall. One of the requirements is that only licensed pesticide operators are permitted to perform the work. The proposed procurement will be awarded on a small business set-aside basis. This award will be a firm fixed price using simplified acquisition procedures.
