The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies, materials (unless specified elsewhere as Government-furnished), and incidentals to grow 1-0 containerized seedlings for the Government in compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions herein. The species to be grown are but not limited to Willow, Aspen, Black Cottonwood, Red Osier Dogwood, Red Alder, Ponderosa Pine, and Lodgepole Pine. Seedlings to be produced between October, 2003 and October, 2007.The contractor shall maintain the identity of seedlings from receipt of plant material to delivery of seedlings, except as provided in this contract for excess seedlings.
