The work on this project will consist of seeding approximately 125 acres to a warm season grass/forbs mixture. Seeding areas will exclude the designated basins and the grove of trees. The seeding mixture will be shown on the IA-CPA-4 form for this site. Seed is to be applied with a no till drill directly into soybean stubble. Range of cost for this project is $25,000 - $100,000. Period of Performance will be 15 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This project will be performance based with minimal specifications. Proposals from contractors will be evaluated on contractor technical capabilities, past performance, and price. Contractors will be required to submit an Experience Questionaire along with the bid proposal.
