The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools and incidental supplies necessary to perform Midstory Removal by felling trees with chainsaws and other cutting devices to remove pre-harvest understory. The project is located on the Morehead Ranger District of the Daniel Boone National Forest in Rowan County, Kentucky. The number of acres to be completed will be based upon availability of funding, at the time of contract award, with a minimum guarantee of 600, not to exceed 753 acres.
