The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agriculture Research Service, Plant Introduction Station, intends to negotiate solely with Golden Harvest Seed, Inc. to provide Maize Regeneration Nurseries in Puerto Rico to grow three cycles of exotic, tropical maize germplasm for regeneration purposes. Companies with demonstrated capability and financial capacity to provide this service must submit a written substantive statement outlining the company's capabilities to the Contracting Officer within 15 days of publication of this notice. This is not a request for proposal nor is a solicitation available.
