In approximately 15 days, the solicitation for this project will be posted on FedBizOpps.This project is to secure services to harvest, process and package approximately 2.1 million tree and shrub seedlings at the Lucky Peak Nursery. Contractor-furnished services include providing the labor for efficient and timely seedling harvest, processing and packaging and clean up: tractors and operators for seedling transport from the field to the seedling processing facility. This is a one base year contract with two optional year contract extensions. Approximate start date is November 1, 2002. The Lucky Peak Nursery is located 16 miles North of Boise, Idaho on State Highway 21. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not a small business set aside. See Government Numbered Note #1.
