The purpose of this solicitation is to secure a complete set of services to accomplish hand tree thinning and machine grapple piling of slash. This project will be posted to FedBizOpps as a pre-solicitation notice on February 21, 2007. The project will upload in FedBizOpps as a solicitation on or about March 7, 2007, and bids will be due at the Malheur National Forest office COB on March 28, 2007.
