The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region, (LCR), Boulder City, Nevada, intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis, a firm-fixed price acquisition with Riverbottom Farms, to acquire farming and irrigation services at the Cibola National Wildlife Refuge (CNWR) restoration site, located in the floodplain of the lower Colorado River, just south of Cibola, Arizona. This is a Notice of Intent only and not a request for competitive proposals or an announcement of a solicitation.

The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
