COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE FOR THE FAIRPLAY STEWARDSHIP The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office, is soliciting for the Fairplay Stewardship. Description of Work: The purpose of this contract is to provide services for forest health improvement, fuels reduction, Mountain Pine Beetle (MPB) salvage and sanitation. This will be accomplished by removing vegetative materials to protect and benefit the area=BFs natural resources. The BLM has been directed to manage fire and resources together to protect people, natural resources and property, and to restore forest wildlife and rangeland health. Location: The project area is located in Park County, Colorado (T.9 S., R.77 W., Section 33 and T. 10 S., R. 10 S., Section 4, 6th PM,). This is approximately 1/2 mile southwest of the town of Fairplay, Colorado and on the west side of Highway 285. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 115310, with a standard size of $17.5 million.
