Loxahatchee National Wildlife Refuge, (Water Conservation Area 1 ), Boynton Beach, FL. Past control methods include, but are not limited to, herbicides application and hand pulling of seedling. Contractor shall have valid and current licenses in aquatic and right-of-way categories issued by the State of Florida.
