The purpose of this modification is to notify potential offerors of a change to the sources sought notice originally posted to FedBizOps on June 1, 2004. The changes are as follows: The estimated value of the contract should read $200,000,000 to $250,000,000; it is anticipated that EPA will award two contracts, and the due date for responses is changed to July 12, 2004. The contracts to be awarded for this sources sought will be awarded under solicitation number PR-HQ-04-11043.
