F - Emergency and Rapid Response Services (ERRS 3) Solicitation #PR-R7-06-10268 NAICS 562910 - Remediation Services Description: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 10 has a requirement for Emergency and Rapid Response Services (ERRS) for emergency, time critical and non-time critical removals and remedial activities. Contractors will provide all equipment, personnel and material for containment, countermeasures, cleanup mitigation, restoration and disposal of hazardous substances, oil, contaminants or pullutants, as specified in individual task orders. This contract will cover the four states within Region 10 - Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. The contract will have a one year base with four (4) one-year award terms for a total period of performance of 60 months. Each award term will be earned on performance. One contract will result from this request for proposal. This is a Total Small Business Set-aside. The RFP, amendments and other information related to this procurement will be posted on FedBizOpps and the EPA's Office of Acquisition Management website, at the following URL: http//www.epa.gov/oam/regions. The Request for Proposal is anticipated to be posted on or before September 30, 2006. Technical proposals including oral presentations will be required.
