The Bureau of Indian Affairs proposes to purchase 400 tons of CRS-2 Polymer Modified Emulsified Asphalt to be delivered and applied on fifteen (15) miles of road located on the Fort Peck Indian Reservation in Montana and 275 tons of CRS-2 Polymer Modified Emulsified Asphalt and 275 tons of MC-70 Grade Cutback Asphalt to delivered and applied to seven (7) miles of road located on the Wind River Indian Reservation. Requests for solicitations must be in writing. Faxed requests will be honored and can be faxed to 406/247-7908. Solicitation packages will be distributed until packages are exhausted. The procurement is set-aside for Indian-owned businesses under the authority of the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47).
