Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, and equipment necessary to cut a firebreak, approximately 3 miles in length. Work will be performed at the Dare County Air Force Range, NC. All work shall be in compliance with the Statement of Work. A firm-fixed price contract award is contemplated. This action will be a 100% small business set aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 115310 with a small business size standard of $6.0 million. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 16 August 2002 on the Federal Business Opportunities web page at http://www.eps.gov. Paper copies will not be available.
