FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to award a sole source requirement for Reef Survey Services for the Office of the Judge Advocate General, Admiralty and Maritime Law Division, 1332 Patterson Ave., SE Suite 3000, Washington Navy Yard, DC 20374. Qualifications for this requirement include, but are not limited to: A history in Coral Reef Evaluation, reporting and consultation in the past for State of Hawaii in damage to Coral Reefs in their waters. This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12, using Subpart 13.5 test program procedures. Award of a firm fixed contract is anticipated. All required deliverables shall be furnished within 30 days after date of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 611430 and 500 employees respectively. However, all challenges to this sole source determination received within 2 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
