USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service is announcing a project to install a grade control structure (chute), Mill Creek, Site 3, located in Navarro County, Texas. The location is approximately 4 miles north of Blooming Grove and 0.7 miles east of Hwy 55, Navarro County, Texas. The work will consist of a grade control chute approx. 600' long with a 30' wide bottom and 3:1 side slopes. The work will also include the installation of a side inlet chute of the same mateiral and configuration as the main chute, except it will ahve a 12' bottom. Price range: $500,000 to $1,000,000. Seal bids are due no later than August 30, 2007 at 2:00 pm CST, at USDA-NRCS, 101 S Main Street, Temple, Texas 76501. The solicitation will be posted o/a August 2, 2007.
