Provide wild horse gathering and gathering assistance to the Carson National Forest. The method of gathering will be proposed by the contractor, however, helicopters will not be considered for this contracat. The work will include the care and transportation of the animals to a designated Forest Service holding facility. The Contractor must place the health and well being of the animal as their first priority.
