Contractor to provide wetland restoration which includes construction consisting of water control structures (4 each), land smoothing, removal of existing small cmp water control structures, dike construction, earthen blocks, clearing and grubbing, and vegetative measures. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the closing date. All solicitation documents and amendments will be available in electronic format. Packages will be provided to the first 50 potential bidders requesting a package. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base to be eligible for award. The dollar range for the project is $250,000 to $500,000 and the estimated period of performance is 90 days. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990, SBA size standard $31 million.
