Professional botanist services are needed to conduct field surveys in selected stands in 3 vegetative management projects (split into 8 bid items) for federally and state listed vascular plants and invasive plants. Stands will be surveyed 3 times during the 2003 growing season. Plant species and habitat field notes will be recorded on data forms and provided to the Forest along with detailed information on any rare plant populations and priority invasive plant populations located. Project sites are located on the Ottawa National Forest in the western upper peninsula of Michigan.
