This contract will be based on a task order issued from the Department of Interiors Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) for fuels management. The below line items are the level of difficulty associated with this project: Item 0017AA - Level I - Percent cover of material to be treated is estimated to be between 0 and 30 percent total cover. Slope is under 30%. (This is approx 25% of the project area.)Item 0017AC - Level III - Percent cover of material to be treated is estimated to be between 31 and 60 percent total cover. Slope is under 30%. (This is approx. 75% of the project area.) The contractor will provide a rubber tired articulating tractor with a machine mounted vertical shaft mower/mulcher attachment and operator (hereafter referred to as a hydro-axe).
