The contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and incidentals necessary to accomplish the fuel reduction task in accordance with these specifications. The BLM reserves the right to expand or reduce the proposed survey area depending upon budget and other constraints as well as establishing priority areas for treatment. The work is located in the Billy Creek Cabins community in west central Johnson County, Wyoming. The project area is about 30 miles southwest of Buffalo, Wyoming on the east slope of the Bighorn Mountains. The work sites are shown on the attached Work and Project Location Maps posted on the ideasec.nbc.gov website. The Project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
