Project is located approximately 57 miles South of Flagsaff, AZ. via Forest Highway 3 (lake Mary Road). Work is estimated to start October 1, 2006. Contract time is 90 calendar days. Offerors will be evaluated on past performance and price. Solicitation will be set-aside for small business concerns. The solicitation will post on or about August 17, 2006 with quotes due on or about September 6, 2006 close of business 4:30.
