The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Carbaryl Insecticide spraying for approximately 2000 trees on the Black Mesa Ranger District, Overgaard, AZ 85933. The Government anticipates awarding a Performance Based Service Contract (PBSC) with a Firm Fixed-Price. Award will be based on the successful offeror's proposal that provides the best value to the Government with consideration given to past performance, submittal documentation to satisfy evaluation factors for PBSC, and methods proposed to accomplish the work. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard is $5.0 Million under NAICS code 115310. A Pre-Bid/Site Visit will be scheduled and announced in the RFQ package. The solcitation package, plans, and specifications will be made available on or after February 19, 2004, and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. In order to be eligible for award of a Federal contract, Offerors must now be registered in the Central Contractor Registration System (CCR).
