DESCRIPTION:

The F-35 Joint Program Office intends to issue a contract action (N00019-17-RFPREQ-JSF000-0082) in support of the F-35 Reprogramming Center (RC) West Integration Support contract.

SUPPLIES AND SERVICES:

The production of a software-based Electronic Warfare Test capability for use in an OCONUS location is required to be delivered in 2018 to support aircraft delivered in 2019. Specifically, the software-based Test and Evaluation tools will emulate the functions of the Electronic Warfare Test Station laboratory equipment for the 3F Digital Channelized Receiver/Technique Generator (DCR/TG) and Tuner Insertion Program (DTIP) configuration.

SCHEDULE:

The proposed order is anticipated to be awarded no later than 28 July 2017 with a period of performance extending through 2020.

Any firms believing that they can perform the effort described above related to the F-35 Lightning II Air System may submit a written capability statement to be received at the Contracting Office no later than response date indicated on this notice.
