This is a Sources Sought Synopsis issued solely for information purposes; this Sources Sought does not constitute a formal solicitation for proposals. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), a response to this notice is not an offer and cannot be accepted by the government to form a binding contract. Any response to this notice will be treated as information only and all information received in response to this announcement that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this synopsis and the Government will not provide reimbursement for costs incurred in responding to this Sources Sought.. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted and material will not be returned.
The 412th Test Wing Electronic Warfare Group, Edwards AFB CA is seeking potential sources that are capable of providing an F-22 aircraft cockpit flight simulator that can meet all requirements stated in the Requirement Document attached to this notice. The government is seeking responses from all responsible sources, including large and small businesses. Please include your company's size classification, NAICS, and small business type if applicable, (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.) in any response to this notice.
The information should also include relevant products and capabilities described in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company is capable of providing a fully functional turn-key usable F-22 cockpit flight simulator. Also, please indicate the number of days after receipt of order that is typical for delivery of such systems and any other relevant information that is not listed above or in the attached which the Government should consider in refining its minimum specifications and finalizing its market research.
