The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration intends to award a sole source purchase order to Faneuil, Inc. for Official Government Vehicles travel on the state toll road. The proposed purchase order is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Faneuil, Inc. In accordance with Competition in Contracting Act 41 USC 253(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, other than full and open competition is authorized when there is only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements. Justification for the determination is attached.
