This is a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii) to New Jersey Turnpike Authority, 2 Riverside Drive, Camden, NJ 08103, for E-Z Pass  to pay for toll fees for federal employees. The E-Z Pass System has no resellers or distributors and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for toll payment fees, and although this is a product purchase it is covered under services NAICS code 485999 All Other Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation.
