The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). However, the Government will consider all responses received within five days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The New jersey Turnpike Authority is the only source for EZ-PASS service for 12 months to be used by Government vehicles for official business.
