The Drug Enforcement Administration has a requirement for automobile toll/EZ Pass services in the Philadelphia Field Division area for the period of 3/17/2018 - 3/16/2019. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, as they are the only source providing EZ Pass service in the area. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). A limited source document is approved and on file. Responses shall be submitted to [email protected] no later than 4:00pm EST on April 20, 2018.
