This is a Special Notice, reference number D-21-NJ-0042.  The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires EZ PASS services for an additional one year period beginning October 1, 2020.  New Jersey Turnpike Authority, 1 Turnpike Plz, Woodbridge, NJ 07095, is the only vendor that can meet this requirement.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 926120.  The government intends to issue a Fixed Price Purchase Order pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.  This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.  The Limited Sources Documentation (redacted) is attached with this notice.  A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.  Any questions or responses should be submitted electronically to Nancy Costello at [email protected] by the due date specified in the Notice.
