This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is W91ZRS-09-T-0018, Request for Proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 424690; size standard is 100. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contact.

The Air National Guard requires the replacement of two eyewash stations in the vehicle maintenance bays; one combination eyewash/shower station in the vehicle refueling bay; and one wall mounted eyewash station in the welding bay within building 16 (vehicle maintenance shop). The Government requires a solution that is durable, reliable, economical, and energy efficient that meets all requirements of the Department of Defense (DOD), Air Force (AF) and National Guard Bureau (NGB). This requirement consists of furnishing all labor, expertise, equipment, materials, facilities, transportation, and appliances necessary to perform operations in connection with the removal and replacement of four new eyewash/shower stations for the vehicle maintenance shop at Bradley ANG Base. This includes remove existing, add additional plumbing required, and install new eyewash stations. New systems now require tempered water. Hot water supply does not currently run to existing eyewash/shower.

This solicitation is a "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Selection". All proposals will be considered. The Government anticipates a firm fixed price, single award contract from this solicitation. Please see attached document for details of requirements.

The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and all other factors considered.
