Q.10. In attachment 4, instructions for the technical information require the submission of "Airworthiness Representative (DAR) inspection that was completed in the last 24 months." Can you please explain this requirement? This is not an inspection a civil aircraft would receive at a regular interval, if ever. Normally this is conducted post-bid to confirm technical acceptability.

Q.11. If sorties are scheduled but are cancelled due to weather conditions on the day of the sortie, will a standby day or will pilot and maintainer days be accrued?
A.11. They will be accrued as standby days.
