The purpose of the sources sought is to identify available authorized businesses to provide the required services.

Sources Sought: The 92d Contracting Squadron is issuing this sources sought seeking to identify responsible potential sources to upgrade and maintain a ScriptCenter MX-5 automated pharmacy will-call solution intended for use outside the pharmacy. The upgrade of the ScriptCenter is to bring the system back into spec in order to ensure continued service. The replacement of the ScriptCenters current ScriptLocker's and overall integration of the ScriptCenter with CHCS and MHS GENISIS. Routine and periotic maintenance will take place over a five year period.

The NAICS Code is 511210 with a small business size standard of $38.5 million.

This sources sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. Pricing information is not being requested at this time. It does not constitute a solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. All interested parties will be required to respond to the resultant solicitation separately from their response to this sources sought notice. A responsible potential source shall have registered with the System for Award Management.

Responders to this notice need to provide their business category (small or large). The response should be one page providing the following information: Business name and address, CAGE code, size classification, socioeconomic classification based on NAICS size standard and a point of contact. Additionally, include a one-page attachment outlining the company's authorization and capabilities of performing service and maintenance without voiding manufacturer warranty. The attachment should show evidence of your experience in work similar in type and scope to include; contract numbers, project titles, dollar amounts, and points of contact.
