INVITATION TO BID Town of Chittenden Grange Hall Exterior Lighting 3 Lower Middle Road Chittenden, Vermont Town of Chittenden invites qualified electrical or general contractors to bid on exterior lighting for the Chittenden Grange Hall. The work includes complete installation of 4 town-owned poles with new RAB IVELOT fixtures to match the specs on the town-owned units as directed, plus replacing the 2 yard-style fixtures on the building with new IVELOT style fixtures. Work must be completed before September 1, 2022. Sealed bids, marked “Grange Hall Bid,” will be received during office hours until Monday July 11, 2022, at 4:00 PM, at the Chittenden Town Office, P.O. Box 89, 260 Chittenden Road, Chittenden, Vermont 05737. Bids will be opened and read aloud at 7 PM on Monday, July 11, 2022, at the Town Office, PO Box 89, 260 Chittenden Road, Chittenden, Vermont, telephone (802) 483-6647. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid amount. The Owner will require a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit and proof of liability insurance. Bid documents will be available on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, at the Chittenden Town Office, 260 Chittenden Road, Chittenden, Vermont. Office hours are M-Th 9-4. A pre bid conference will be held on Tuesday, June 28, 2002, at 11:00 AM at the Chittenden Grange Hall, 3 Lower Middle Road, in Chittenden.
