DTRA intends to extend Contract HDTRA1-12-C-0053 to Advantage SCI, 1725 Duke Street, Suite 500, Alexandria, VA 22314, for Technical Survelliance Countermeasures (TSCM) and Counterintelligence support services for a period of 9 months from June 11, 2015 to March 10, 2016 with an increase to the contract in the amount of $843,000.00. This extension is intended to provide a bridge for TSCM and Counterintelligence support services until a follow-on contract is awarded. This action will be executed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A competitive follow-on acquisition is in progress based on the current contract expiration date. Responses to this notice of intent to increase the current contract amount may be submitted within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this action at this time based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
