This announcement is a notice of intent to extend an existing contract on a sole source basis to ATAMIR-WSMR LLC, 1300 Britt St SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123-3353, for the Test Engineering and Analysis Services (TE&AS) contract at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. The proposed contract action will extend Contract W9124Q-08-C-0547 for 2 months under the provisions of statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The estimated dollar value of this extension is approximately $3.6M for the full potential period of performance of 11 August 2016 through 10 October 2016.
 
The Government's intent is to extend the current services with ATAMIR-WSMR in order to continue performance of the required services until the agency can fully implement corrective actions and award a follow-on contract as a result of protests received against contract W9124Q-15-C-0003.

Comments submitted for consideration of other methods will not be evaluated. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
