The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with Janteq Corporation, 9975 Toledo Way, suite 150, Irving, CA 92618 for the purpose of funding Extended Warranty and Maintenance Agreement. Based on market research, and Government experts in the field, it has been determined that only this Extended Warranty and Maintenance Agreement can be facilitated to Janteq Corporation due to proprietary and configuration access.

The FBI intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Emailed responses will only be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is at the discretion of the Government.
