PRESOLICITATION NOTICE DESCRIPTION Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Extend Building Boat Bay for the U. S. Coast Guard Aids to Navigation Team Potomac, St. Inigoes, Maryland. Major word includes Construct 6’ x 40’ addition on back side of pre-engineered metal building (boat house garage). Metal frame construction shall match that of existing building. Contractor is responsible for field checking existing dimensions (USCG drawings are not accurate), and provide structural details. Relocate electrical facilities (light switches, conduits and wiring) from existing back wall to new wall. Provide all new electrical materials. Relocate existing eyewash station to new wall. Construct new plumbing service to eye wash station, and construct new exterior hose bib. Work around existing communication wiring, and allow U. S. Coast Guard access to relocate wiring to new wall. Allow for a one week delay. Provide temporary weather proof cover over side of building when wall is removed. Incidental work not listed but necessary for completing the project shall be included. Period of Performance is 110 DANTP. This procurement is estimated between $25k and $100k. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
