The San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to contract with a qualified firm to provide pre-employment psychological screening services for the position applicants of Police Officer, Police Reserve Officer, Police Cadet, and Police Service Aide. Screening will include written testing, clinical face to face interviews, and written reporting of results. The contracts shall have an original term of not more than four years and have two renewal options of a period of not more than three years each. The contract total compensation for contract awarded during the original period is expected to not exceed $800,000. Please carefully review RFP, all attachments and minimum qualifications.
