Project Name: Sunnydale HOPE SF Project Location: San Francisco, CA Owner: Related Architect: David Baker Architects Project Description: The Project Scope includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Coordination with the project preconstruction manager and other project consultants to file demolition permit (buildings, walkways, and sewer laterals); utility demolition/relocation permit for telecommunication (AT&T), cable (Comcast), gas (PG&E), electricity (PUC), and water (PUC); DT fiber (if applicable), and all other required approvals. Utility company fee will be paid by the Project Sponsor. 2. Disconnect and removal of remaining utility lines not performed by the City or private providers. Underground utilities (telecommunication, cable, gas, electricity, water, fiber) will be shut-off from the buildings prior to abatement. 3. Hazardous material (“hazmat”) abatement for 86 residential units within 13 buildings and associated improvements that addresses the likely presence of asbestos-containing materials, lead paint, and other hazardous substances. Hazmat testing is currently underway and an abatement plan will be created for the project area. Please see Exhibit C for the Hazardous Material Survey completed for the first project phase, Phase 1A1/1A2. We expect that the results of the current hazmat testing will be very similar. 4. Demolition of these 13 buildings and associated improvements 5. Disposal of all hazmat and non-hazmat materials at an appropriate waste disposal facility and recordation of waste manifests. The disposal includes household waste left by residents, building materials, concrete walkways, etc. 6. Preparation services including but not limited to pricing; alternative technique recommendation; project schedule and phase planning; permit procurement; street closure, traffic control, construction parking, and staging logistics planning; coordination and collaboration with other consultants; and resident noticing 7. Compliance and monitoring of all applicable requirements established in the Sunnydale HOPE SF Mitigation and Monitoring Reporting Program. Please see Exhibit D. This includes but is not limited to dust monitoring, MTA traffic control plan, and BAAQMD. 8.
