The solicitation number is FA520519QB049; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2019-05, DPN 20190628, and AFAC 2018-0525. This acquisition will be full and open competition. This acquisition is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT.
