The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with American Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC) for the purchase of 2010 and 2011 data for synthetic cannabinoids in smokable herbal blend products marketed as "legal high" exposures. The government anticipates awarding a base one year contract. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledged. If one is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted.

The justification for other than full and open competition will be posted in the FedBizOpps within fourteen days after contract award.
