The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition & Relocation Management (FA), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with American Association of Poison Control Centers (AAPCC) for the purchase order of 2013 data for Synthetic Cathinone and Synthetic Cannabinoids products. Data shall include case reporting details including when available: Weight, outcome, call type, date, case number, exposure site, caller site, clinical effects, duration, reason, acuity, substance formulation, quantity, route of exposure and scenarios. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will not be acknowledge. If one is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. The determination to open competition is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted.  THIS SYNOPSIS IS PUBLISHED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS. Per FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency.
